Crime, accident, fire or other emergency
  • Arrival at the scene within 5 minutes
 
2.
Major system failure
  • Arrival at the scene within 15 minutes
  • Announcement within 3 hours
 
3.
Complaint
  • Reply to the user within 2 working days
  • Weekly report to keep the user informed of the progress if the matter is unresolved within 2 working days
 
4.
Written repair work request
  • Acknowledgement within 2 working days
  • Completion within 7 working days upon receipt of request or mutually agreed time
 
5.
Planned preventive maintenance (such as water tank cleaning, fire alarm testing, etc)
  • Announcement at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled date
  • Completion by the scheduled date
 
6.
New application for car parking permit
  • Issuance within 5 working days
 
7.
Car parking space reservation
  • Reply within 2 working days upon receipt of request
 
8.
Urgent cleaning service
  • Arrival at the scene within 15 minutes during office hours or 30 minutes during non-office hours upon receipt of call
 
9.
Moving service
  • Completion within 2 working days or mutually agreed time
 
10.
Furniture/Equipment disposal
  • Completion within 7 working days upon receipt of approved form
11.
Venue set-up
  • Acknowledgement within 2 working days
  • Completion at least 30 minutes before the scheduled event time
 
12.
Venue/Room booking by outsiders
  • Acknowledgement within 2 working days
  • Reply within 5 working days upon receipt of request
