- Weekly report to keep the user informed of the progress if the matter is unresolved within 2 working days

- Completion within 7 working days upon receipt of request or mutually agreed time

Planned preventive maintenance (such as water tank cleaning, fire alarm testing, etc)
- Announcement at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled date
- Completion by the scheduled date

New application for car parking permit
- Issuance within 5 working days

7. |
Car parking space reservation
- Reply within 2 working days upon receipt of request
|
8. |
Urgent cleaning service
- Arrival at the scene within 15 minutes during office hours or 30 minutes during non-office hours upon receipt of call

Moving service
- Completion within 2 working days or mutually agreed time
|
10. |
Furniture/Equipment disposal
- Completion within 7 working days upon receipt of approved form

11. |
Venue set-up
- Acknowledgement within 2 working days
- Completion at least 30 minutes before the scheduled event time

Venue/Room booking by outsiders
- Acknowledgement within 2 working days
- Reply within 5 working days upon receipt of request
