Campus Traffic and Parking Regulations

Parking on campus is limited to vehicles holding a valid parking permit of the University.  All vehicle owners/drivers and users shall observe and comply with the Campus Traffic and Parking Regulations (English Version/Chinese Version) of the University currently in use.

Parking Spaces

There are car parking spaces available on the Ho Sin Hang Campus (HSHC), the Shaw Campus (SHAW), the Baptist University Road Campus (BURC) and the Kai Tak Campus (KTC), including limited parking spaces designated for motorcycles and bicycles.

 

The available car parking spaces and opening hours of the car parks are as follows:

Parking Permits

Parking permits are categorised into different types with specified parking rights.  Details of the eligibility for and the parking rights of each type of parking permit are listed in the Campus Traffic and Parking Regulations.

 

Type I Parking Permit holders can also park in the car park of Franki Centre.  Please refer to the Parking Regulations of Franki Centre.  

Guest/Visitor Parking

Requests for guest/visitor parking are accepted subject to availability of parking spaces and/or a charge as determined by the University.  Please fill in the Reservation of Car Parking Space Form to apply for guest/visitor parking.

Car Park Management System

2 types of access control - radio frequency identification (RFID) tag and licence plate recognition have been in place on respective campus (except KTC) to enhance the efficiency in managing the ingress and egress of vehicles.

Remark: Vehicles will be clamped if parked unattended or staying in the campus without permission.
