We are pleased to announce the opening of Café @CVA Commons and Deli at Baptist University Road Campus on 23 February 2026 and 1 March 2026 respectively, offering allday dining and convenient grab-and-go food options designed to enhance your campus experience.

The Café and Deli feature a variety of Hong Kong-style snacks (e.g., fish balls, shumai), deli selections, coffee, and other beverages—serving food and drinks to standards comparable with reputable tuck shops and cafés.

We are partnering with the awarded caterer, Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong, whose commitment to social responsibility aligns with HKBU’s values. Chinese YMCA actively employs disadvantaged groups—including underprivileged women, outreach youth, and persons with disabilities—providing over 10,000 hours of employment opportunities since 2022.

This partnership enables us not only to enjoy quality food and beverages, but also to provide opportunities and hope to those in need, contributing to meaningful social impact and helping foster a more inclusive and caring society.
