Dear students and colleagues,
As informed by Hong Kong Baptist Hospital (HKBP), the demolition works for their Phase 1 hospital redevelopment project will be carried out between November 2025 to January 2026.
Construction noise, dust and vibration are expected during the demolition period. To minimize dust intrusion and for security reasons, user departments and offices in Sir Run Run Shaw Building and Fong Shu Chuen Library are advised to keep windows facing the demolition site closed. Campus users are also advised to pay attention to notices or directions posted near the redevelopment site.

本處接獲香港浸信會醫院的通知，醫院重建項目的第一期拆卸工程將於 2025 年 11 月 至 2026 年 1 月期間進行。
拆卸期間將會產生不可避免的噪音、塵埃及震盪。為減少塵埃飄入室內及基於保安理由，本處建議邵逸夫大樓及方樹泉圖書館的各部門及辦公室將面向拆卸工程地盤的窗戶關閉。校園使用者亦需留意醫院重建工程地盤附近張貼的告示及相關指示。
