Campus security is of vital importance to our University and endeavours have been made to provide a secure and safe campus environment for the University community.
At the start of the new academic year, you are advised to take notice of the following precautions:
1. Lock up doors, personal belongings and mobile devices, such as mobile phones, tablets, notebook computers and USB flash drives when not in office even for a short while.
2. Always keep keys carefully and lock them up when not in use.
3. Do not keep large amount of cash or valuable personal belongings in office.
4. Pay attention to strangers who follow you into the office. Enquire their identity and purpose of entry. If no valid reason is provided, they should be asked to leave immediately.
5. If you notice any irregularities or suspicious strangers on campus, please report them to the Campus Security on 3411 7777 immediately.
