Turn your pre-loved sneakers into support for people in need – and keep them out of the landfill.

HKBU is supporting the Shoes Angel Recycling Scheme to collect trainers in excellent condition from the university community. The shoes collected will be redistributed to local and overseas grassroots communities.

From now until the end of May, you can drop off trainers at our on-campus collection locations listed below:

Collection Locations:

  • SCT entrance on Level 5
  • Li Promenade (opposite to Security Control Room)
  • Green Corner (G/F, ACC)

Collection Period: From now until 31 May 2026
