Don't let good food go to waste! Transform leftover ingredients into creative dishes in the "All You Can Cherish" Cooking Competition and you could win a HK$5,000 voucher + round-trip air tickets for two! ✈️

Participants may identify ingredients of their choice, and create the dish with one of the following directions:

♻️ Develop a cooked dish using surplus food as the key ingredient.

♻️ Develop a menu of at least 2 dishes that adopt a zero-waste practice and utilise all parts of the ingredients.

🏆 Winning teams will receive round-trip air tickets for two to selected destinations in Japan, Korea, or Taiwan, AND up to HK$5,000 in Maxim's and Fortress gift vouchers.
Your creative recipe could even be featured in a published cookbook! 📖
