Support Earth Hour 2023 – Habits Protect Habitats

As in previous years, the University will continue its support to the Earth Hour, a global climate campaign organised by the World Wide Fund for Nature.  On 25 March 2023, the University will switch off all non-essential lighting and signboards on campus for an hour starting from 8:30 p.m.  You are most welcome to do the same wherever you are to add on a little support to this meaningful event.
 

Small steps lead to big changes.  Bringing your own reusable water bottle and dishware, switching off light and non-essential electrical appliances when not in use, and shortening shower time can contribute greatly in healing our planet.  Let’s start changing the way we live today and work together to make a positive impact to our planet and create a low-carbon and sustainable campus.
