Different types of venues are provided to cater for teaching and learning, university events and other activities on campus.
The available venues for ceremony, function, seminar, exhibition and promotion purposes are listed in the Venues and Facilities Booking System (VFBS). Except for University-wide activities such as Convocation, Commencement and Information Day, reservation of venues not listed in the VFBS is not considered.

For departments and units planning to organise entertainment events on the University campuses, involving performances, lectures and exhibitions that may admit members of the public, should review the guidelines and contact the Estates Office for discussion and necessary preparations regarding the application for a TPPE Licence.
