Electricity, Water and Gas 

Electricity, water and gas meter have already been installed by the University. Residents do not need to pay any deposits for the utilities or request a change of registered consumer. However, residents are required to pay the utility charges directly during their period of accommodation.

For guest apartments, utility charges will be paid by the University and reimbursed by the resident via payroll deduction.


Telecommunications Service Provider

TSPs are provided in each flat. Residents can apply for connection and disconnection of telephone line and fax line through PCCW (HK) Limited. (Hotline: 1000). Connection charge and service charge are to be paid by residents directly.


Garbage Disposal and Recycle Waste

A plastic garbage bin is available at the corridor between the rear door of Flat A and Flat C on each floor. Residents are advised to put their household garbage in a fastened bag, and then put it into the plastic garbage bin to prevent the spread of bad smells. 

Residents, who want to dispose of their own household furniture or appliances especially during their move-out, are advised to put the disposal items at the refuse collection chamber near Tower 2. The cleaning staff has no obligation to dispose of household furniture/appliances for the residents.

The recycle bins for paper, plastic, and metal are located in the car park area outside each Tower. The recycle bin for glass is located in the car park near Tower 3.


Post Dropping Box 

A post dropping box is available near the entrance of the Security Control Room on G/F, Tower 5. Outgoing mail with stamp(s) inside the box will be collected by the postman after the postman delivers mail to the development. Please visit the Hongkong Post website for mailing rate and service.
