Built upon the hillside of Fo Tan in Sha Tin and overlooking the scenery of Sha Tin Town Centre, the development was occupied by Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) in the autumn of 1994. At present, Towers 1, 2 and 3 are used as the staff quarters of the University with a total of 68 units in the three towers with saleable floor areas ranging from 100 sq.m. to 170 sq.m.
There are a total of 85 car parking spaces (60 covered spaces and 25 open spaces) for use by residents. All parking spaces owned by the University are marked by a yellow border. Residents are advised to observe the terms and conditions of parking and park in the designated parking spaces marked yellow. Guest parking is also available upon registration at the entrance guard house.
The Estates Office of the University is responsible for overseeing the management of the staff quarters.
