An expert Property Management Company, Hong Yip Service Company Limited (Hong Yip) has been appointed to manage the common areas and facilities of the Staff Quarters. A team of experienced and responsible staff is deployed on-site to take care of the day-to-day management duties.
1. | To operate a Management Office and a 24-hour Security Control Room. |
2. | To provide security, cleaning and landscaping service to the common areas. |
3. | To provide repair and maintenance services to the common areas and facilities such as swimming pool, lift, fire service system and car park facility. |
4. | To handle emergency incidents such as fire, flooding and lift trap as necessary. |
All staff from the Property Management Company are not allowed to work for residents privately for payment nor can they receive instructions that may conflict with their normal duties. Should you have any suggestions/requests related to the management and maintenance of the Staff Quarters, you can express your opinions by contacting the Estates Office directly (email: eo@hkbu.edu.hk; telephone: 3411 5688).
24-hour building attendants are posted on-site to provide security services and handle all emergency issues, especially during non-office hours.
Residents can contact the Security In-Charge when in need at the 24-hour Security Control Room.
