The HKBU Lounge on Level 2, David C. Lam Building, Shaw Campus provides a welcoming venue to meet the University’s need for banquet/buffet services for its official and social functions. The use of the venue for other purposes is not accepted.
The HKBU Lounge (layout plan) consists of four banquet rooms separated by fixed walls/folding partitions and a reception lobby, which can be assembled to accommodate different functions/events.
Banquet/buffet services are provided by the Senior Chef of the University according to the following arrangement:
Outside caterers are not allowed to provide banquet/buffet services at the HKBU Lounge except with the prior approval from the senior management for any special arrangement.
Charges for venue setup/reinstatement may be levied after office hours at a minimum of two labourers for two hours if required.
To request banquet/ buffet services, please complete and submit to us the form Reservation for Banquet/ Buffet Service at HKBU Lounge at least 14 working days in advance.
