Cleaning service is provided by in-house campus workers and outsourced cleaning workers for all campus areas.
7 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Monday to Saturday
7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday and Public Holidays
(For learning commons that are open 24 hours, service is provided accordingly.)
Apart from the daily cleaning service, we also provide carpet shampooing and floor waxing every six months as well as yearly cleaning services for windows, venetian blinds, curtains and upholstered furniture (limited to conference rooms, classrooms and lecture rooms).
To request additional special cleaning services, please contact the Estates Office in advance for arrangement. Charges may be levied if necessary.
Cleaning materials, such as tissue paper, m-fold paper towels, garbage bags, washing towels and some cleaning detergents will be supplied upon request. Please submit the request for additional cleaning materials via the Students and Staff Services Platform.
