 Jockey Club Campus of Creativity project

Commencement of Superstructure Works

Thank you for your continuing support to the Jockey Club Campus of Creativity (JC³) project.  The Village CARE (Creative Arena for Residential Education), providing over 1,700 hostel bedspaces, and the Jockey Club Creative Hub featuring state-of-the-art facilities for arts and technological research and learning, will be constructed on this new campus.  More information about the project can be obtained from its website. 

The foundation works of the JC³ project were completed in March 2021 and the superstructure works will commence in April 2021. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2024, subject to weather and other site works conditions (click HERE to see the layout plan).  Works will be carried out from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Mondays to Saturdays, except Sundays and public holidays.  Our contractor will implement mitigation measures to minimise construction noise and dusts nuisance as far as practicable.  All noisy works will be suspended during examination periods.  

We thank you in advance for your understanding that some inconveniences and disruptions to our originally tranquil campus environment are unavoidable when a major construction is being carried out.   Our Office will closely monitor the contractor to ensure timely progress of the works, while ensuring environmental impacts caused by the construction activities are minimised.
