The Estates Office maintains different lists of contractors for building or building services works based on the related information from Government departments including the Development Bureau, the Buildings Department and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. 

The lists are reviewed on an annual basis.  If your company is currently not on the government approved lists but has interest to work with HKBU, please send your company profile to eoepms@hkbu.edu.hk.
